Q: Can I get rakeback for a site I already have an account with?

A: Some online poker sites do allow conversions of existing accounts. Contact us to find out if your poker site does!

Q: Should I make a poker account and then contact you to activate rakeback?

A: If you make an account before signing up with us and receiving instructions, you will be considered a regular "full"� customer. This will likely prevent us from giving you rakeback for that site. Please contact us if you want more information.

Q: How do I make a rakeback account?

A: You must first register a rakemeback user account. After you have logged in you can then add any number of deals to your account. The deals you have applied for will be displayed in an overview and for some sites you will even be able to track the rake throughout the month!

Q: How do I receive the rakeback?

A: The majority of our deals are automatic. This means at a certain date-range every month the due rakeback is deposited by the poker site directly into your poker account. If the site you prefer does not offer automatic rakeback, we can offer one of the following methods to transfer money to you:

• NETeller (web-wallet)
• Poker Stars transfer
• Full Tilt Poker transfer

Q: What is NETeller?

A: It's an online payment solution, much like having an online wallet. It allows quick deposits & withdrawals to/from poker sites. You can also transfer funds to other NETeller members instantly. NETeller is the most supported payment option there is for Online Poker.

Q: Is NETeller free?

A: Yes. So are all transactions between your NETeller account and merchants (such as poker sites).

Q: Can I trust this NETeller thing?

A: Yes you can. NETeller has a User base of over 1,500,000 members and 1,500 online merchants accept payments through NETeller´s system. Go here for more information.

Q: How do I get a NETeller account?

A: Go to the NETeller homepage and sign up your account. It takes 3-5 minutes to set up a new account.

Q: I've got a NETeller account. Am I ready to receive rakeback now?

A: That depends. You have to acquire the highest security level - "Account type: Premier". This is done by logging in and pressing 'upgrade account'. Then follow the instructions.

Q: Why do I need Account type: Premier?

A: Because they need to verify that the NETeller account really belongs to you. This is a security measure to ensure that the service is used legitimately. If not, then a group of terrorists could use false identities and move a lot of money around instantly across the world and by the time authorities realize they would be long gone. Upgrading your account is a one-time thing.

Q: I am having problems with my NETeller account, what should I do?
