Q: Can I get rakeback for a site I already have an account with?

A: Some online poker sites do allow conversions of existing accounts. Contact us to find out if your poker site does!

Q: Should I make a poker account and then contact you to activate rakeback?

A: If you make an account before signing up with us and receiving instructions, you will be considered a regular 'full' customer. This will likely prevent us from giving you rakeback for that site. Please contact us if you want more information.

Q: How do I make a rakeback account?

A: You must first register a rakemeback user account. After you have logged in you can then add any number of deals to your account. The deals you have applied for will be displayed in an overview and for some sites you will even be able to track the rake throughout the month!

Q: How do I receive the rakeback?

A: The majority of our deals are automatic. This means at a certain date-range every month the due rakeback is deposited by the poker site directly into your poker account. If the site you prefer does not offer automatic rakeback, we can offer one of the following methods to transfer money to you:

Q: I can't complete my registration. What is the problem?

Q: I just moved. Can I change the address in my Moneybookers account?

A: You sure can. Go to your Profile section and hit "Contact Details" there. Choose "Edit" and make the necessary modifications. You'll only be allowed to modify your contact information once in every 3 months.

Q: Are there any transaction limits set by Moneybookers

A: Yes, there are, but you can expand these limits through various verification methods, to the point where the limits will not pose an impediment anymore. You can go to your account and check you current limit through the “View limits” link. That same page will also offer you recommendations towards increasing your current limit.

Q: Can money be sent to a person who does not have a Moneybookers account?

A: Yes, the person doesn’t have to be a Moneybookers account holder when you send him the money, but he does have to open a Moneybookers account to be able to cash out.

Q: Can a payment be cancelled?

A: If you have a change of heart and decide to cancel a payment you just made, you can do it while it’s still pending. After the transfer is completed though, you won’t be able to recover your funds. All completed funds transfers are final.

Q: Do I have to upload money into my Moneybookers account before I can send any?

A: Definitely. Think of your Moneybookers account as a virtual pocket: you can only take previously stashed money out of it.

Q: Can I request money through Moneybookers?

A: Yes. Moneybookers offers you a tool through which you can virtually “bill” people online. Moneybookers’ funds request tool sends the target user an email reminding the other party that he/she owes you money. It is only an informal request though and it doesn’t bind the other party in any way. As such, it is also free to use.

Q: Is there a limit on withdrawn funds?

A: Withdrawal is a transaction just like the sending or the receiving of money. As such it is subject to your general transaction limit.

Q: Is there a minimum on withdrawals?

A: No. You can withdraw as little as you wish, though you need to make sure that there’s enough money in your account to cover the flat withdrawal fee.

Q: Do I need a browser which supports 128 bit encryption?

A: Yes, you do. Moneybookers only uses 128-bit encryption as a means to safeguard all your financial transactions. Because of that, you’ll only be able to complete transactions through a browser which does indeed offer proper support. All recently released browser versions support 128-bit encryption, so this issue is not likely to be a problem.
