Paddy Power rakeback
Paddy Power Poker is an iPoker network member, so I guess it goes without saying that there is no Paddy Power rakeback on offer currently. Paddy Power poker doesn’t accept US players either, and probably due to that, its non-peak hour traffic is rather feeble. These are a few of the room’s liabilities, it has plenty of assets too though. Its software is excellent: it is fast and reliable and it supports PokerTracker analysis.
All members gain access to their poker academy and their newsletter, both of which are valuable sources of poker education.
Paddy Power shares player traffic with the other iPoker sites, like Titan Poker, which means it generally gets excellent traffic. There are about 10,000 cash game players at the tables in peak hours and around 55,000 tourney players. The competition is relatively soft, and as the traffic is mainly focused on the low limit Holdem tables, that’s where you’ll find the juiciest games. The flops viewed percentages are in the 40-50s there.
iPoker players tend to be quite passive too, so turning a buck shouldn’t be a problem for a seasoned player at Paddy Power.
The Paddy Power software is – as said – one of the strengths of the site. Its statistics are excellent, the lobby is well laid out and it can more than handle the burdens the current iPoker traffic places on it. It is fast and stable, yet the games manage to become annoyingly slow, all on account of the countdown timer which is way too generous. Paddy Power’s software allows multi tabling at 8 tables, and everything remains stable and fast even when all those tables are open.
The graphic interface used for the hand history feature is a quite outstanding unique feature.
Paddy Power’s sign-up bonus is close to industry standard, maybe a bit on the more generous side. Its redemption rate is reasonable as well. It is by no means a good alternative for the Paddy Power rakeback deal though.
Paddy Power’s support can be reached via email or phone. The company belongs to the UK’s largest bookmaker, so financial security is not an issue here.
