Red Star Poker: Moving to Microgaming Network

August 21, 2013

On August 20, Red Star Poker has moved from the Revolution Network to the Microgaming Poker Network, aiming to increase its cash game traffic and the number and scale of its promotions.

Players will have to manually download the new software from https://www.redstarpoker.com/download and while all the login/nickname information will remain un-altered, those whose nicknames already exist on MPN will be prompted to change them.

A number of special promotions will be offered to ease players into the new flow of affairs and to celebrate the move. For logging into their MPN Red Star Poker accounts for the first time, players will receive a $50 NO deposit bonus, which will land in their real money accounts $1 at a time, transferred every time they accumulate 50 FPPs.

The 200% up to $1,000 match bonus is also part of the new promotional package.

New loyalty levels will be introduced and Red Star Poker players will start out on the highest, Platinum level, which means they will pick up 30% rakeback on the action they generate, transferred to their accounts every Monday.
