How it works: Generate the most raked hands in each leaderboard

- Gold: cash tables with table stakes of $1/$2 or higher
- Silver: cash tables with table stakes between $0.25/$0.50 and $0.50/$1
- Bronze: cash tables with table stakes between $0.02/$0.04 and $0.15/$0.30
- You'll earn 1 Raked Hand for every hand into which you contribute rake
- N.B. rake is taken from the pot after the first 3 community cards have been dealt
- Raked Hands are generated easier when playing Fixed Limit games
