Even though the announcement regarding the launch of FullTiltpoker.EU was only made about a week ago, Full Tilt Poker swung into action on Monday, pausing its games for about 20 minutes in order to allow players from Luxembourg, Slovenia and Greece to be transferred to its new.EU site based in Malta.
According to Full Tilt Poker officials, most of the players from other European countries will be transferred to the new site as well in the near future. The significance of the move consists in the fact that by playing at a site based in the European Economic Area, some European players will be able to take home tax-free winnings.
